Maximum Allowable Weight definition

Maximum Allowable Weight means the weight that may be borne by a commercial Vehicle;
Maximum Allowable Weight means the weight that may be borne by a single axle, an axle group, or all of the axles of a vehicle or combination of vehicles.

Further, costs are allowable only to the extent that they relate to patient care; are reasonable, ordinary, and necessary; and are not in excess of what a prudent and cost-conscious buyer would pay for the given service or item.
