Maxiflex definition

Maxiflex means a type of flexible work schedule that contains core hours on fewer than 10 workdays in the biweekly pay period and in which a full-time employee has a basic work requirement of 80 hours for the biweekly pay period, but in which an employee, upon supervisory approval, may vary the number of hours worked on a given workday or the number of hours each week consistent with this Article.

You do not need to include core hours on your requested non-core days. • 5/4-9: Insert the requested start and stop time for the eight days you want to work 9 hours, the one day you want to work 8 hours, and “RDO” on your one “regular day off.” • 4/10: Insert the requested start and stop time for the eight days you want to work 10 hours and “RDO” on your one “regular day off” each week.

Examples of Maxiflex in a sentence

• Maxiflex scheduled days off, compressed days off and regular telework days will count as a day away from the official worksite for the purpose of this requirement.

• If the employee’s credit hour balance does not exceed the statutory limit, those hours will be available for use as long as the employee is on the Agency’s Maxiflex program described in this Article.

• If for any reason – voluntary or involuntary, separation or transfer—an employee leaves the Maxiflex program described in this Article, the employee will be paid for the accumulated credit hours at the employee’s current rate of basic pay.

• Employees who work a Maxiflex or Flexitour schedule may earn credit hours by working beyond their normal tour of duty.

• In addition, the Client acknowledges that the Tied Agents are persons or companies established in a European Member State, who, acting on behalf on, and under the full and unconditional responsibility of Maxiflex Ltd, promote investment or/and ancillary services by Maxiflex Ltd, and attract clients or prospective clients for Maxiflex Ltd.

• Maxiflex Ltd remains fully and unconditionally responsible for any action or omission on the part of the tied agent when acting on its behalf.

• Credit hours must be recorded on the Maxiflex Pay Period Time Sheet, and in the Agency’s Time and Attendance Reporting System each time approved credit hours are earned and/or used, and must be recorded in 15-minute increments.

• Maxiflex – this type of AWS allows for the establishment of flexible arrival and departure times, and flexible lunch periods and requires that specific core hours be established on at least three days of the work week.

• The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

• In the event the President issues an Executive Order granting a "half-day" holiday, a full- time employee on a Maxiflex work schedule is credited with half the number of hours the employee was scheduled to work, not to exceed 4 hours.
