MAWA definition

MAWA. (Modelled ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Amounts) means the the relevant modelled amount set out in table 1 in the Appendix to this Schedule 8.5 and assumed by the Franchisee as being payable as "Qualifying Expenditure" (as such is defined in the relevant Station Access Agreement) in the Reporting Period to the Crossrail Operator under the Station Access Agreement between the Crossrail Operator and the Franchisee in respect of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Station; “AAWA" (Actual ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Amounts) means the actual amounts of "Qualifying Expenditure" (as such is defined in the relevant Station Access Agreement) payable by the Franchisee in the Reporting Period to the Crossrail Operator under the Station Access Agreement between the Crossrail Operator and the Franchisee in respect of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Station); and
