Maturity Redemption Date definition

Maturity Redemption Date with respect to a series of Redeemable Preferred Stock means the mandatory redemption date for such series specified in Section 5(b)(i) hereof.
Maturity Redemption Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.1.
Maturity Redemption Date means, with respect to each share of Series B Preferred Stock, the date on which the Corporation makes the payment in full in cash of the Maturity Redemption Price for such share to the Holder of such share.
