Matrix Source Code definition
Matrix Source Code means, collectively, any human readable software source code, or any material portion or aspect of the software source code, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or embedded in or combined with, in any manner, any software source code, in each case that is included among the Matrix-Owned IP Rights.
