Examples of Matrix Levels in a sentence

  • The Future Matrix is divided into Matrix Levels that describe the amount that a Qualified Claimant may be entitled to recover based on (1) the complications that s/he has experienced, (2) the severity of those complications, and (3) certain other objective factors.

  • The Conversion Plan shall detail volumes for certificates or individual accounts, procedures for processing, documentary requirements, procedures and reasonable time frames for resolving discrepancies, and such other matters, including the classes of shareholder accounts eligible for NETWORKING, ongoing procedures for the entry and removal of individual accounts to and from NETWORKING, and changes with respect to the Matrix Levels utilized by a Shareholder, as may be agreed to by the Parties.

  • For all Matrix Levels in which the Service Provider also keeps Plan and Plan participant records regarding the Funds, it is the duty and responsibility of the Service Provider to reconcile any differences between the Service Provider's records and the Funds' records.

  • NSCC rules and procedures relating to NETWORKING shall govern any matter in which any provision contained in this Agreement conflicts with any such NSCC rule or procedure; provided however, this Paragraph 2 shall not prohibit modifications to the NSCC's standard Matrix Levels that are agreed to by the Parties.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Service Provider shall conduct these activities in a competent manner and in compliance with (a) all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and the rules and procedures of the NSCC relating to NETWORKING - - Matrix Levels, and (b) the then-current prospectus(es) and statement(s) of additional information of the Funds, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
