Matriculation Exemption definition

Matriculation Exemption means exemption from the matriculation examination conducted by the Matriculation Board prior to 2008;

Related to Matriculation Exemption

  • New Exemption means the exemption from real property taxation provided hereunder with respect to the Exemption Area.

  • QPAM Exemption is defined in Section 6.2(d).

  • INHAM Exemption is defined in Section 6.2(e).

  • Statutory Exemption means the statutory exemption under Section 408(b)(17) of ERISA and Section 4975(d)(20) of the Code.

  • Market Abuse Regulation means Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse;
