Materials Storage Area definition

Materials Storage Area means any pile, impoundment, compound, facility or other area where materials are contained, held or otherwise stored in such a manner which causes, contributes to, or contaminates runoff.
Materials Storage Area means any area in which lead-containing materials (including, but not limited to, broken battery components, flue dust, and dross) are stored in between process steps. These areas may include, but are not limited to, areas in which lead- bearing scrap, lead-containing materials, lead-containing metal, or lead-containing wastes are stored in open piles, bins, or tubs.

Examples of Materials Storage Area in a sentence

  • Without limitation, Tenant shall not use or permit the use of the Premises (including, without limitation, the Tenant Materials Storage Area, the Rooftop Area and/or the Penthouse Area) for any purpose which is illegal, dangerous to persons or property or which, in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, unreasonably disturbs any other tenants of the Building or interferes with the operation of the Building.

  • In connection therewith, Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right in common with others to use its pro-rata share of the Tenant Materials Storage Area.

  • Subject to casualties, to Force Majeure (as hereinafter defined), and to the terms and conditions of this Lease, throughout the Term of this Lease Tenant shall have access to and use of the Premises, the Parking Facilities (as hereinafter defined), and the Tenant Materials Storage Area on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis.

  • Tenant shall cause lab operators carrying any lab-related materials to travel only within the Premises, and to and from the Tenant Materials Storage Area, common corridors, all elevators, and the loading dock.

  • Tenant shall comply with any schedule(s) which may be implemented by Landlord for access to and use of the Hazardous Materials Storage Area by all parties entitled to use the same.

  • The Contractor’s Camp and Materials Storage Area shall be kept neat and tidy and free of litter.

  • Tenant agrees to cause its employees who will have access to the Hazardous Materials Storage Area to complete all training programs, if any, reasonably mandated by Landlord relating to the use of the Hazardous Materials Storage Area.

  • There are six primary areas within Area IV that require remediation measures to protect the groundwater: the Former Sodium Disposal Facility (FSDF) trichloroethylene (TCE) plume; the Building 4100/56 landfill TCE plume; the Building 4057 perchloroethylene (PCE) plume; the tritium plume (in the area of the former Building 4010); the Hazardous Materials Storage Area (HMSA) TCE plume; and the Radioactive Materials Handling Facility (RMHF) bedrock strontium-90.

  • Tenant shall use the Hazardous Materials Storage Area in a manner that complies with all applicable Legal Requirements and any and all rules and regulations which may be reasonably adopted by Landlord from time to time, and Landlord shall provide Tenant with a minimum of 30 days’ advance written notice (which may be by email) of any new rules and regulations.

  • The Contractor’s Camp and Materials Storage Area shall be located at a position approved by the AEMR.
