Materialmen definition

Materialmen means those organizations or individuals who furnish material or equipment that is incorporated into or used in connection with the Project or the Work. The term “Materialmen” shall include, without limitation, vendors, suppliers and manufacturers. The term “Materialmen” shall also include all materialmen of any tier.
Materialmen s Liens” means any Liens granted by statute on the Debtorsreal property to secure payments due to materialmen for work done on the Debtors’ real property, including works of improvement.
Materialmen means any supplier of materials for the Restoration executing a contract with the Construction Manager.
