Materially equivalent definition
Materially equivalent provisions include but are not limited to: franchise fees and the definition of Gross Revenues; system build-out requirements; security instruments; public, education and government access channels and support; customer service standards; and audits.
Materially equivalent means that the Wafers meet or exceed the Lucen target metrics shown in Table 3 attached, recognizing that the Lucent 0.25 Features listed in said Table may be different from typical or other proces employed elsewhere in the semiconductor industry.
