Material Write-off definition
Material Write-off means an impairment loss that results in the write-off of an asset which had been included in the calculation of Tangible Net Worth, provided that the write-off exceeds $1,000,000.

Notice in writing or written notice means a notice in writing, typed or printed matters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise proved to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received in the ordinary course of post, it would have been delivered.

Material Deviation refers to any contents or characteristics of the proposal that is significantly different from an essential aspect or requirement of the RFP, and : (i) substantially alters the scope and quality of the requirements; (ii) limits the rights of UNDP and/or the obligations of the offeror; and (iii) adversely impacts the fairness and principles of the procurement process, such as those that compromise the competitive position of other offerors.
Material Portion has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13(c).
Written or Writing means letters, characters, and symbols that are intended to represent or convey particular ideas or meanings and are made in electronic form or inscribed on paper by hand, print, type, or other method of impression.
