Material Unexpected Technical Problem definition

Material Unexpected Technical Problem shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.6(a).
Material Unexpected Technical Problem means an unanticipated scientific or technical problem that is likely to preclude Targacept from fulfilling any obligation set forth in a Semi-Annual Research Plan with the FTEs budgeted to the performance of such obligation.

  • As part of such notification, Targacept shall provide the ERC with a reasonably detailed description of such Material Unexpected Technical Problem, together with its good faith estimate of the number of additional FTEs and time which will be required to perform such obligation in light of such Material Unexpected Technical Problem.

Related to Material Unexpected Technical Problem

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.
