Material Title Matter definition

Material Title Matter means, with respect to any Real Property, any matter that could reasonably be expected to materially adversely effect the use or value of such Real Property.
Material Title Matter means any Lien, encumbrance or other title matter with respect to any Property, in each case which has a material and adverse effect on the value, use or operation of such Property as a single family rental property and which is not a Permitted Lien or a Mandatory Removal Exception.

  • Immaterial Title Deficiencies means minor defects or deficiencies in title which do not diminish more than 2% of the aggregate value of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in the Reserve Report used in the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base.

  • sectional title scheme means a scheme defined in section 1 of the Sectional Titles Act;

  • sectional title unit means a unit defined in section 1 of the Sectional Titles Act;

  • Title Objection shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8.5.

  • Title Defect means any lien, charge, Encumbrance, defect, or other matter that, as of the Execution Date, causes Seller or any Selling Subsidiary not to have Defensible Title in and to the Conveyed Interests; provided that the following shall not be considered Title Defects:
