Material Supplier Contract definition

Material Supplier Contract means (a) the TSA, (b) any Contract for the supply and/or installation of other major components of the Project, and(c) the EPC Contract;

Material Supplier Contract means any contract (including for the avoidance of doubt: any purchase order or similar document/correspondence) between a Group Company and a supplier (i) if the supplier accounted for 2% or more of the Group’s total actual purchases in 2014 or 2015, (ii) with a payment obligation in excess of €1,000,000 (in words: one million euro) per year, or (iii) with a duration in excess of one (1) year;
Material Supplier Contract means each supplier Contract set forth on Section 1.1-2 of the Disclosure Schedule hereto;
Material Supplier Contract means any contract to which the Company is currently a party (other than the leases relating to the Properties) for the supply of goods or services to the Company (other than usual contracts for the supply of electricity, gas, water, telephone and similar services) which involves a liability or cost of more than (pound)25,000 in the period 1 April 1997 to 31 March 1998 and/or 1 April 1998 to 31 January 1999;
