Material Supplier Contract definition

Material Supplier Contract means (a) the TSA, (b) any Contract for the supply and/or installation of other major components of the Project, and (c) the EPC Contract;

  • Between the Effective Date and the Closing Date, Seller will keep Buyer reasonably informed of the status and occurrence of material negotiations with respect to any Material Supplier Contract or any amendment thereto, as well as material drafts or material changes in the drafts of any Material Supplier Contract or any amendment thereto.

Material Supplier Contract means the top 20 supplier contracts of the Target Group as identified by Management Warrantors and provided as part of the Disclosure Documents;
