Material remains definition

Material remains means any tangible evidence of past human life or activities. Such evidence includes without limitation:
Material remains means physical evidence of human habitation, occupation, use, or activity, including the site, location, or context in which such evidence is situated” (Regulations, Section .3(a)(2)).

  • Licensed Material remains the property of either Licensor or the relevant third party and any rights not explicitly granted herein are expressly reserved.

  • As between the parties, the ownership of all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights) in any Existing Material remains with the party which makes that Material available for the Project.

  • ITT Material remains the property of the Authority or other owners and is released solely for the purpose of tendering.

  • The Parties agree that the ownership of Background IP and Commonwealth Material is not affected by this Agreement and that all Background IP remains the property of the Party that makes it available for the purpose of carrying out the Project and all Commonwealth Material remains the property of the Commonwealth.

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, the control (in Dutch: zeggenschap) of the Material remains at all times with the Subject, with the Parties solely acting as a custodian of the Material.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this paragraph, to the extent that the information in the Designated Material remains confidentia l, the terms of this Order shall remain binding.
