Material Positive Effect definition

Material Positive Effect means when used with respect to the Company, any materially positive change in or effect on the business, assets, liabilities, results of operation, condition (financial or otherwise) or prospects of the Company.
Material Positive Effect means a decrease in the cost to the Company of the Project (including any decrease in amounts payable by the Company to any Governmental Authority) and/or an increase in gross revenue received by the Company from sales of Energy generated by the Generation Facility.
Material Positive Effect means a decrease in the cost to the Company of performing its obligations under this Agreement and/or an increase in gross revenue received or to be received by the Company under this Agreement.
