Material PI Failure definition
Material PI Failure a failure by the Supplier to meet the PI Service Threshold in respect of 25% or more of the Subsidiary Performance Indicators that are measured in that Service Period; and/or a failure by the Supplier to meet the Target Performance Level in respect of 50% or more of the Subsidiary Performance Indicators that are measured in that Service Period;
Material PI Failure means:- an Improvement Plan Trigger occurs in respect of a Service Level for three (3) or more Measurement Periods out of any four (4) rolling Measurement Periods under a Call‑Off Contract an Improvement Plan Trigger occurs in respect of a Quality Measure for two (2) or more Measurement Periods out of any three (3) rolling Measurement Periods under a Call‑Off Contract and a failure by the Supplier to meet the Improvement Plan Trigger in respect of two (2) or more Call‑Off Contract Performance Indicators in any Measurement Period under a Call‑Off Contract
