Material Order definition

Material Order means any ARO Order, or series of ARO Orders related to the same assets, where the estimated cost of abandonment and/or reclamation is, individually, or in the aggregate, in excess of the Threshold Amount.
Material Order means any order under Section 59 para 1 AWV which would lead to any negative economic consequences for the Parent, any Affiliates of the Parent or the Merger Sub which exceed the administrative costs for complying with such order.

More Definitions of Material Order

Material Order means the court order or order of any Governmental Authority of the State issued under the Act listed on Exhibit A, Schedule 1 hereto, which list was provided by the Company in response to our request for a list of all material orders binding on the Company, the Issuer or their respective properties.
