Material Order definition

Material Order means any ARO Order, or series of ARO Orders related to the same assets, where the estimated cost of abandonment and/or reclamation is, individually, or in the aggregate, in excess of the Threshold Amount.
Material Order means any order under Section 59 para 1 AWV which would lead to any negative economic consequences for the Parent, any Affiliates of the Parent or the Merger Sub which exceed the administrative costs for complying with such order.
Material Order means the supply of products by the Business pursuant to an accepted purchase order or series of related purchase orders and involving aggregate payments to the Business in excess of $1,300,000. For the avoidance of doubt, purchase orders shall not be deemed to be related simply by virtue of having been made by the same customer.

Material Order means the court order or order of any Governmental Authority of the State issued under the Act listed on Exhibit A, Schedule 1 hereto, which list was provided by the Company in response to our request for a list of all material orders binding on the Company, the Issuer or their respective properties. C-2.
