Material Object definition

Material Object. Means the tangible visual Final Artwork created, designed, constructed, and installed on ASSIGNEE’s right of way by ASSIGNOR, the Local Agency, the Local Agency’s contractor, or by a third-party acting on behalf of the Local Agency pursuant to the Local Agency Agreement and the Transportation Art and Community Identification Proposal. Photographs of the Material Object are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement, and attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement, upon completion of installation of the Material Object.
