Material in transit definition

Material in transit means minerals excavated from a mine in the process of transportation from a Mining Lease or a Stock Yard, to its final destination within the geographic territory of India and after obtaining necessary permission required under the Act or rules made there under.

  • Material in transit or on ABT’s dock is not eligible for price increases.
