Material Expenditures definition
Material Expenditures means any single expenditure in excess of $250,000 or any other single expenditure of lesser amount which the Board has deemed material.
Examples of Material Expenditures in a sentence
Neither any Obligor nor any Obligor Subsidiary has any obligation to make any material expenditure (including with respect to any construction or development plan under any Material Authorization) or otherwise has any material financial commitments except for the repayment of the CWB Credit Facility, as set forth in Schedule A under the heading "Material Expenditures and Financial Commitments", and as expressly provided for in the Material Contracts.
