Section 3.13(c) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule sets forth a true and correct listing of the aggregate dollar amount of sales returns, chargebacks, discounts and allowances for the Material Distributors during each of (i) the year ended December 31, 2014, (ii) the year ended December 31, 2015, and (iii) the three months ended March 31, 2016.
