Material Declaration means documentation submitted by you in a form requested by or acceptable to us that provides requested information on the material content or chemical composition of the Products or their packaging, that may include, by way of example and without limitation, any combination of the following:

Related to Material Declaration

  • Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).

  • Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;
