Examples of Material Debt Instruments in a sentence
If any Loan Party acquires such (i) certificated Pledged Stock and/or (ii) Material Debt Instruments and/or (iii) Deposit Accounts and Securities Accounts (other than Excluded Accounts) during the fourth Fiscal Quarter of any Fiscal Year, the documents and deliverables required under Section 4.02(a) of the Security Agreement must be delivered within 60 days after the end of such Fiscal Quarter.
