Material Building Impact definition
Material Building Impact means that a proposed improvement: (i) adversely affects the structural integrity of the Building, including applicable floor loading capacity; (ii) adversely affects any of the Base Building Systems, the Common Areas, or any other tenant space (whether or not currently occupied); (iii) fails to fully comply with Laws, or (iv) affects the exterior appearance of the Building (except as otherwise permitted under the Lease).
