Material Authorisation definition

Material Authorisation in relation to an Obligor means any Authorisation required to be obtained by it in accordance with clause 16.1(d).
Material Authorisation means the Authorisations set out in Schedule 2 (Material Authorisations) and any other Authorisations required by the Agent (acting reasonably) in accordance with prudent commercial practice at the time as notified to the Borrower from time to time.

Examples of Material Authorisation in a sentence

  • In the event such remote troubleshooting fails to cure the defect, and provided the defect complained of is covered by the Limited Warranty, the Supplier shall issue a Returned Material Authorisation ("RMA") number to the Customer.

  • The Seller is not aware of any action to revoke, prevent the renewal of or impose any conditions on any Material Authorisation.

  • The Company shall thereafter issue a Return Material Authorisation (“RMA”) to the Purchaser and provide the Purchaser with such location where the allegedly defective Goods are to be returned.
