• Accordingly, Owner may, from time to time, propose changes to the Material Assignment Schedule to change the amount or type of Procurement Items required for the Project for which Contractor shall perform Procurement Services, and the Parties shall proceed with respect to such proposed change in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article 9.
