Material Activities definition

Material Activities means the activities which are indicated to constitute Material Activities in the column entitled “Category” of the Transition Plan.
Material Activities means (a) the successful transfer of the MAA to Shire from Aventis or TKT, as the case may be, (b) the transfer of Aventis Oncology Data to Shire and (c) the establishment of Chemical Comparability.
Material Activities means activities of such importance that have a significant impact on the banking institution’s business operations or its ability to manage risks effectively should such activities be disrupted;

  • Commercial Activities means events that sponsored or conducted for the promotion of commercial products or services, and include advertising, private parties, private company or organization meetings, and any other non-public organization event. Commercial activities do not include private, community service, state sponsored, or free speech activities.

  • Hazardous Material Activity means any activity, event or occurrence involving a Hazardous Material, including, without limitation, the manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation, handling of or corrective or response action to any Hazardous Material.
