Matching Share Award definition
Matching Share Award means a right to acquire Shares granted under this Plan and having the characteristics described in Rule 3.3;
Matching Share Award means a conditional right to receive Matching Shares granted under Part 3 of the Plan;
Matching Share Award means a conditional right to acquire Shares granted under the Plan in connection with a Partnership Share Award;
