Matching Check definition

Matching Check means each check drawn on a Designated Account and presented to Bank whose check serial number, dollar amount, payee name, issuance date, and account number match any listing in the Check Issue File, using computer comparison.

  • If a Check is presented for payment at one of our branch locations, our tellers will compare the Presentment Data on the Check against the Check Issue Data to determine whether the Check is a Matching Check or an Exception Check.

  • Matching Check Bonus (Paid Weekly) As an Active and Qualified Ruby Coach, you can earn 5% of the weekly Team Cycle Bonus check amounts earned by your personally sponsored Active and Qualified Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond Coaches.

  • We shall have no liability for paying a Matching Check or other Check pursuant to your Instructions or your “Pay” default option, as applicable, even if its serial number or amount is altered, or it is counterfeit, bears a forged or unauthorized signature, or was otherwise not validly issued, or for returning an Exception Check pursuant to your Instructions or your “Return” default option, as applicable, and you further agree that any such dishonor shall not be considered a wrongful dishonor.

  • Matching Check Bonus As an Active and Qualified Diamond Coach, you can earn 10% of the weekly Team Cycle Bonus check amounts earned by your personally sponsored Active and Qualified Emerald, Ruby and Diamond Coaches.

  • There are five (5) different bonuses: 1) Team Cycle Bonus, 2) Matching Check Bonus, 3) Showcase Pack Bonus, 4) Showcase Pack Sponsors Bonus and 5) Star Diamond Production Bonus.

  • Our Payee Positive Pay Service provides additional fraud protection by allowing you to also include the payee on a Check as part of the Check Issue Data that will be compared against Presentment Data to determine whether a Check is a Matching Check or an Exception Check.

  • Y ou agree that Bank is not required to inspect any attribute of a check (other than those included in the Check Issue File) that is processed through the Check Positive Pay Service and that each Matching Check will be paid without Bank performing its customary (or any other) check verification procedures.

  • For each Matching Check, we will make final payment on the Check and charge the Check to your Account (subject to section 11).

  • Each Matching Check or other check authorized by Customer in accordance with this Appendix will be paid without Bank performing its check verification procedures and Bank shall have no liability for paying a check if its serial number or amount is altered, or it is counterfeit, bears a forged or unauthorized signature or was otherwise not validly issued.
