Payments received by the Player under this Agreement in the form of Playing Fees and Match Fees are inclusive of any entitlement to paid leave.
If the Player is selected to play for the BLACKCAPS or a New Zealand Team he will be entitled to receive Match Fees in accordance with the Master Agreement.
Any Match Fees and other entitlements will be paid monthly in arrears.
Subject to this Agreement the Club will pay to the Player the Match Fees in respect of the Matches played by the Player for the Club.

NZC, an NZC Contracted Player and his Major Association may, however, agree that the Player will take an additional period of rest during which he will not be entitled to receive his NZC Retainer or Match Fees.
