Mastercard Smart Data means the online expense management system known as Smart Data.

MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.
Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.
Visa means VISA International Service Association.

Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.
