MasterCard Member means any organisation affiliated to MasterCard International Incorporated and displaying the MasterCard trademark.

MasterCard Member means a Person authorized by MasterCard or its Affiliates to be an issuer or acquirer of Payment Cards with any MasterCard brand or any Person otherwise admitted to membership under the rules of MasterCard.

  • For the purposes of this clause 3.4, any determination by RHB Bank whether such omission is due to the nature of the transaction or due to an oversight on the part of the Cardmember and/or the Merchant, VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank or otherwise shall be binding and conclusive on the Cardmember.

  • If Canada VISA Member and/or Canada MasterCard Member is a Party to the Agreement: Canada.

  • During the term of this Agreement, VISA Member retains the exclusive right to process all VISA Transactions and Discover Network Transactions in Canada other than any on-board sales and MasterCard Member retains the exclusive right to process all MasterCard Transactions in Canada other than any on-board sales.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • Cardholder means any person to whom a Card is issued by the Bank.
