Master thesis definition

Master thesis means a written document reporting an independent study or a research project aiming to develop and construct the body of knowledge in a field of study, which is supervised by the thesis advisor and is a part of the degree requirements.

The student will use several methods for managing and solving engineering and scientific problems including techniques in that field of study. The student will submit the thesis to summarize the thesis work content, deliverables and confirmed outcomes as a part of the degree requirements.

Examples of Master thesis in a sentence

  • All seminars or workshops for preparing Bachelor or Master thesis are not open to exchange students.
