Master Site definition

Master Site means the single site designated by Licensee, which may be changed by written notification to Company or VAR as Order means Company’s order form for receiving commercial proposals for the Licensed programs, completed by Licensee and accepted by Company (or, if applicable, accepted by VAR). If a Quote has been furnished by the Company or VAR to Licensee for a particular order, references herein to such Order shall be deemed to mean the order made by Licensee and accepted by the Company (or VAR, as the case may be) pursuant to such Quote, including without limitation the terms and conditions of such Quote.
Master Site means the hardware and software provided by CFW as the core component of the Motorola Solutions ASTRO 25 radio communications system. All Site Repeater Systems must connect to the Master Site.
Master Site means the primary processing and network infrastructure to which all Console Systems and Site Repeater Systems must connect in order to operate on the radio system. The Master sites are currently located in Plano and ▇▇▇▇▇ tower facilities.

  • In the event any provision of this Master Site Lease shall be held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision hereof, unless elimination of such invalid provision materially alters the rights and obligations embodied in this Master Site Lease or the Master Facilities Lease.

  • The District has the full power and authority to enter into, to execute and to deliver this Master Site Lease, and to perform all of its duties and obligations hereunder, and has duly authorized the execution of this Master Site Lease.

  • Except as to the termination rights of both Parties as indicated in the Master Facilities Lease, this Master Site Lease may not be amended, changed, modified, altered or terminated without the written agreement of both Parties hereto.

Related to Master Site

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
