In performing its obligations hereunder, the Master Servicer shall act in a manner consistent with Accepted Master Servicing Practices.
If, pursuant to any provision hereof, the duties of the Master Servicer are transferred to a successor master servicer, the entire amount of the Master Servicing Fees and other compensation payable to the Master Servicer pursuant hereto, including amounts payable to or permitted to be retained or withdrawn by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 9.21 hereof, shall thereafter be payable to such successor master servicer.
As compensation therefor, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive all compensation payable to the Master Servicer under this Agreement, including the Master Servicing Fee.
The Master Servicer shall be entitled to receive a monthly fee equal to the Master Servicing Fee, as compensation for services rendered by the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

Such public announcement shall specify that the successor master servicer shall be entitled to the full amount of the Master Servicing Fee as compensation together with the other servicing compensation in the form of late reporting fees or otherwise as provided in Section 6.05.
The Master Servicer shall be entitled to withdraw from the Collection Account, subject to Section 5.05, the Master Servicing Fee to the extent permitted by Section 4.02.
In performing its obligations hereunder, the Master Servicer shall act in a manner consistent with Accepted Master Servicing Practices and with the Trustee's and the Certificateholders' reliance on the Master Servicer, and in a manner consistent with the terms and provisions of any insurance policy required to be maintained by the Master Servicer or any Servicer pursuant to this Agreement or any Servicing Agreement.
