Master Service List definition

Master Service List means the then-most current service list containing the names and addresses of those Persons receiving notice of all pleadings Filed with the Bankruptcy Court in this Reorganization Case. A copy of the then-current Master Service List is available from Debtor's counsel.
Master Service List means the parties required to be served pursuant to the Supplemental Order Under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(m) and 9007 Limiting Service of All Filings entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 24, 2003.
Master Service List means that service list as created pursuant to that certain order entered on September 13, 1999.

  • Within three (3) business days of entry of the Procedures Order or any amendment thereto, the Claims and Noticing Agent shall serve a printed copy of the relevant Procedures Order upon all parties on the Master Service List and post a copy of that Procedures Order on the Case Website.

  • The Master Service List shall be used to determine the amounts to be billed.

  • Any notice or other communication hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given upon (a) confirmation of receipt of a facsimile transmission, (b) confirmed delivery by a standard overnight carrier or when delivered by hand, or (c) the expiration of five Business Days after the day when mailed by registered or certified mail (postage prepaid, return receipt requested), addressed to the respective parties on the Master Service List.
