Master Seniority definition

Master Seniority. The length of continuous regular and probationary service with the Employer from the last date of employment in any and all class titles covered by this Agreement.

Examples of Master Seniority in a sentence

  • If any of the Company’s members are not on the Federal Express Pilots’ Master Seniority List, the Company will appoint a TRB member who is a Federal Express Pilots’ Master Seniority List holder.

  • Where the current practice of a Master Seniority List exists, it will continue in effect for the duration of this Agreement.

  • MTOGW, shall be flown only by pilots whose names appear on the Federal Express Master Seniority List in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

  • The Employer shall furnish to the Union in April and October, without cost to the Union, a Master Seniority List of all employees in the Bargaining Unit.

  • Classification Seniority is defined as the length of service in a specific job classification within the bargaining unit, beginning with the date an employee starts to serve a probationary appointment. Classification Seniority shall be interrupted only by separation because of resignation, discharge for just cause, failure to return upon expiration of a leave of absence, failure to respond to a recall from layoff, or retirement.

  • Seniority means length of service with the Employer.

  • State Seniority is defined as the length of employment with the State of Minnesota since the last date of hire.

  • Bargaining Unit Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit since the last date of entry into the bargaining unit.

  • Seniority Date The date on which a Participant has:

  • Pro-Vice-Chancellor means the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University;

  • Joint Controllers means where two or more Controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of processing.

  • Vice-Chancellor means the Vice-Chancellor of the University.

  • Medical facility means any of the following:

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

  • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Vice-Chair means the Vice-Chair of the Board.

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Assistant Commissioner means the Assistant Commissioner of HPD responsible for administration of this Contract or an authorized representative designated in writing by the Assistant Commissioner.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.

  • Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.

  • Medical physicist means a person trained in evaluating the performance of mammography equipment and facility quality assurance programs and who meets the qualifications for a medical physicist set forth in 41.6(3)“c.”

  • Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.

  • Participating Registered Surgical Assistant means a Registered Surgical Assistant who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Prescription Drug Provider means an independent retail Pharmacy, chain of retail Pharmacies, mail-order Pharmacy or specialty drug Pharmacy which has entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical services to participants in the benefit program. A retail Participating Pharmacy may or may not be a select Participating Pharmacy as that term is used in the Vaccinations Obtained Through Participating Pharmacies section.

  • Joint Controller with the other Party;

  • MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff officer, department chairperson, section chairperson, and committee chair.

  • Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • traditional leader means the leader of a traditional authority that had been identified by the MEC in terms of section 81 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act to participate in the proceedings of the council.
