Master Seed(s) definition
Master Seed(s) means the master seed(s), working seed(s), and production seed(s) (i) in existence, (ii) in which Novartis has rights to, as of the date the Respondents sign the Agreement Containing Consent Orders and (iii) required or used in the production of a Product(s).
Master Seed(s) means the master seed, working seed and production seed existing as of the Companion Animal Closing Date required or used in the production of a Product.
