Master Project Budget definition

Master Project Budget means the budget to be prepared by the Authority which incorporates all of the costs associated with the Project in accordance with the Act.
Master Project Budget shall have the meaning given to that term in the Construction Administration Agreement.
Master Project Budget means the master budget for the Project setting forth the budget for all Project Costs and County Project Costs through Final Completion, as well as the MMPI Contribution, which shall be expended in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement before or after Final Completion. The Master Project Budget shall include, at a minimum, separate line items for the various categories of Construction Cost, design costs, County Project Costs (including a separate line item for Site acquisition costs), Project Contingency Fund, County Contingency Fund and the MMPI Contribution. County Project Costs shall be shown in the Master Project Budget but are not included in Project Costs, and arrangements for the reimbursement of County Project Costs to the County shall be made separately from the arrangements provided herein for the advance of Project Costs to Developer. Although the Master Project Budget will contain a separate line item for the MMPI Contribution, the expenditure of the MMPI Contribution shall be separately accounted for as provided in Section 8.5.

  • In addition to developing the Master Schedule, CM will propose to develop a Master Project Budget, which will include all existing budgets prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County and/or project architects/engineers.

  • Contractor shall employ a sufficient number of employees, personnel and consultants to perform Contractor's duties under the Construction Agreement in accordance with the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.

  • The amount set forth as the total Project Costs in the Master Project Budget approved by the County shall establish the Budget Cap.

  • Any funds remaining in the Master Project Budget line item established by this Section 8.1(h) as of January 1, 2016, will be transferred to the Authority's Capital Reserve Fund as defined in the Stadium Use Agreement.

  • The County shall have the right to approve the Master Project Budget.

  • Refine and develop a detailed preliminary Master Project Budget for the projects.

  • After Final Project Finance Approval, the Master Project Budget may not be amended or modified without the County's prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
