Master Premises definition

Master Premises has the meaning described in Recital A.
Master Premises has the meaning given to such term in Recital A to this Lease.
Master Premises means the land more particularly described in the Master Lease attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all rights, easements, and --------- appurtenances thereunto belonging or pertaining, together with the improvements thereon (the "Building") containing approximately 109,780 square feet of space, and fixtures, furnishings and equipment located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.

Examples of Master Premises in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Master Lease gives Sublessor any right to terminate the Master Lease in the event of the partial or total damage, destruction, or condemnation of the Master Premises or the building or project of which the Master Premises are a part, the exercise of such right by Sublessor shall not constitute a default or breach hereunder.

  • All applicable terms and conditions of the Master Lease are incorporated into and made a part of this Sublease as if Sublessor were the lessor thereunder, Sublessee the lessee thereunder, and the Premises the Master Premises.

  • To the extent any damage, destruction or casualty loss occurs in the Master Premises or Subleased Premises which entitles Sublandlord to terminate the Master Lease, Sublandlord may terminate the Master Lease (in which event this Sublease shall automatically terminate) without liability to Subtenant.


More Definitions of Master Premises

Master Premises. As described in the Master Lease.
Master Premises. The Demised Premises (as defined in the Master Lease), consisting of approximately 7,947 square feet of net rentable area on the third (3rd) floor of the Building.
