Master Meters definition

Master Meters means the necessary metering equipment, including a meter house or pit, and any other required devices of standard type, for properly measuring the quantity and delivery rate of water delivered by Aqua to Purchaser at the Point of Delivery.
Master Meters means the master meters meter vault, and all metering and telemetering equipment required to measure Wholesale Water Services provided by WTCPUA pursuant to this Agreement that shall be installed by City at the Delivery Points as described in this Agreement.
Master Meters means the two (2) master meters and related equipment located at the Delivery Point(s) which shall measure the quantity of Wholesale Water Service provided by City pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Flows shall be measured through the City's Master Meter(s) at the Main Wholesale Connections.

  • Toledo may, at Toledo’s expense, supply, test, maintain, replace and calibrate all Master Meters, radio transmitters and related appurtenances thereto.

  • The City shall maintain the City Master Meter(s) to have a registration accuracy within the limits established in AWWA Standards for the corresponding type and size of meter used for the City Master Meters(s).

  • Should the product of the actual Monthly volumes as measured at the Master Meter(s) multiplied by the appropriate gathering fees as set forth in Paragraph A above be more than the Minimum Payment, Gatherer shall invoice Producer for the actual Mcf's delivered multiplied by the appropriate gathering fee set forth in Paragraph A above, payment of which shall be due as provided in Article VI.
