Master Manager definition

Master Manager means NuCO2 (or any replacement) acting as “Master Manager” under the Master Management Agreement, and any successor thereto.

  • Neither Operator nor Master Manager shall have the right to make any other assignment of this Agreement or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the other.

  • This Agreement is for the sole benefit of Master Manager and Leasing/Construction Manager and no other party is benefited hereby.

  • Master Manager shall indemnify, defend and hold Owner harmless from and against all loss, cost, expenses, claims, demands, or legal proceedings (including costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees) due to the gross negligence and/or willful or intentional misconduct of Master Manager.

  • Should Operator elect, it may accept the Resort and/or Resort Services Commercial Lots conditionally, subject to such deficiencies being remedied by Master Manager.

  • Operator shall provide such Cash Flow Statement to Master Manager by the end of the eighth (8th) fiscal day of each month showing the cash flow status of the Resort and the cash flow needs for the following 90 days.

Related to Master Manager

  • Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.

  • Site Manager means an individual proposed to be named in the licence as a site manager

  • Manager has the meaning set forth in 2.1.

  • Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.

  • Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.
