Master Licence Fee definition

Master Licence Fee means the Master Licence Fee specified in Schedule 1.

  • Jisc Collections shall pay to the Publisher for each year of the term of this Licence the Master Licence Fee which is the aggregate of the annual Licence Fees actually received for the respective year by Jisc Collections from Participating Institutions.
