Master/Layout Plan definition

Master/Layout Plan means the development plan for the Project submitted by the Bidder as part of Technical Bid.
Master/Layout Plan means the master layout plans in respect of the Development submitted to and approved by the Town Planning Board in accordance with the Approved North Point Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H8/24 and as from time to time amended, modified or substituted;

Related to Master/Layout Plan

  • layout plan means a plan of the project depicting the division or proposed division of land into plots, roads, open spaces, amenities, etc. and other details as may be necessary;

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
