  • Off Contracts awarded under Lot 3 and Lot 4, subject to clause 6.6 below, the Master Hire Agreement of the Supplier with any reasonable and necessary amends required by the Member will be the applicable form of contract.

  • For hire means for remuneration or reward of any kind, paid or promised, either directly or indirectly.

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • The Hirer means any person who, from time to time, hires or books the vehicle.

  • Non Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play for a Club but has not entered into a written contract of employment.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
