Master Formula Record definition

Master Formula Record means a document or set of documents specifying the starting materials with their quantities and the packaging materials, together with a description of the procedures and precautions required to produce a specified quantity of a finished product as well as the processing instructions, including the in-process controls, list of specified equipments and their capacities, list of packing material with quantities, packing process, storage conditions, special instructions and atmospheric conditions in any stage of the manufacturing process along with process time and yield.

  • Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.

  • Batch Record means the production record pertaining to a Batch.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.
