Master Distributor’s. “CPA” has the right to examine the financial books and records of the “Company” so that he/she may ascertain the affairs of the “Company” are properly being conducted, and that he/she can verify sales records ensuring invasion fees and commissions are being paid to the “Master Distributor”.

  • Master Distributor’s rights and/or obligations under this Agreement may not be transferred or assigned in any manner, voluntary or involuntary, to any other person or entity, without the prior written consent of U-Vend.
