Master Custodial Report definition

Master Custodial Report has the meaning set forth in the Custodial Agreement.
Master Custodial Report means the report delivered pursuant to the Custodial Agreement to Lender by the Custodian on and as of each Funding Date which: (i) identifies each of the Pledged Contracts by account number and the name of the Contract Debtor, and (ii) indicates whether the Custodian then holds all Contract Delivery Documents for such Pledged Contract.
Master Custodial Report means a listing maintained by the Custodian of all Pledged Contracts with respect to which (A) any Contract Delivery Documents are then (x) in the possession of the Custodian pursuant to this Custodial Agreement, or (y) in the temporary possession of the Servicer or Borrower pursuant to Section 6, which listing includes all Contract Delivery Documents delivered to date by the Borrower to the Custodian. Each Master Custodial Report shall be presented in computer-readable magnetic or other electronic format acceptable to Lender and shall incorporate fields for and displays for each Contract the information described in Exhibit F to this Custodial Agreement.

Examples of Master Custodial Report in a sentence

  • The Seller shall, at its own expense, have delivered the related Receivable Files to the Custodian and the Custodian shall have delivered a Master Custodial Report and a Master Exception Report to the Purchaser.

  • Seller has delivered to the Custodian a complete Receivable File with respect to each Eligible Receivable and the Custodian has delivered to the Purchaser a Master Custodial Report and a Master Exception Report (as such terms are defined in the Custody Agreement) pursuant to the terms of the Custody Agreement.

  • Any and all Pledged Contracts delivered to the Custodian shall be included in the Master Custodial Report and the Master Exception Report.


More Definitions of Master Custodial Report

Master Custodial Report means a listing maintained by the Collateral Custodian of all Receivables for which the related Receivable Files are then (x) in the possession of the Collateral Custodian pursuant to this Agreement, or (y) have been released to the Servicer, the Subservicer or their respective agents pursuant to Section 3.07, which listing includes all Receivables for which the related Receivable Files have been delivered to date by (or on behalf of) the Borrower to the Collateral Custodian. Each Master Custodial Report shall be presented in computer-readable magnetic or other electronic format acceptable to Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian.

Related to Master Custodial Report

  • Collateral Report means any certificate (including any Borrowing Base Certificate), report or other document delivered by any Grantor to the Administrative Agent or any Lender with respect to the Collateral pursuant to any Loan Document.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.

  • Collateral Reports means the reports with respect to the Collateral referred to in Annex F.

  • Master Servicer Certification A written certification covering servicing of the Mortgage Loans by all Servicers and signed by an officer of the Master Servicer that complies with (i) the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended from time to time, and (ii) the February 21, 2003 Statement by the Staff of the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission Regarding Compliance by Asset-Backed Issuers with Exchange Act Rules 13a-14 and 15d-14, as in effect from time to time; provided that if, after the Closing Date (a) the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 is amended, (b) the Statement referred to in clause (ii) is modified or superceded by any subsequent statement, rule or regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission or any statement of a division thereof, or (c) any future releases, rules and regulations are published by the Securities and Exchange Commission from time to time pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, which in any such case affects the form or substance of the required certification and results in the required certification being, in the reasonable judgment of the Master Servicer, materially more onerous than the form of the required certification as of the Closing Date, the Master Servicer Certification shall be as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Seller following a negotiation in good faith to determine how to comply with any such new requirements.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • CMSA Servicer Watch List means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Servicer Watch List" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Custodial Care means help in transferring, eating, dressing, bathing, toileting and other such related activities. Custodial care does not include Covered Services determined to be Medically Necessary.

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • Operating Advisor Annual Report As defined in Section 3.29(d)(ii) of this Agreement.

  • Servicer Certification As defined in Section 3.22(b) hereof.

  • Custodial Services means the safekeeping and management of an

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.
