Master Conveyance definition

Master Conveyance means that Warranty Deed with covenants from Oregon Iron and Steel Company to LOC, recorded at July 27, 1942 at Book 296, Page 240, Records of Clackamas County, Oregon, as further amplified by Declaration of Intent from Oregon Iron and Steel Company to LOC dated December 20, 1945, recorded at Book 358, Page 675, Records of Clackamas County, Oregon
Master Conveyance means (a) the Master Conveyance dated effective as of January 1, 2007, between Forest Oil Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York and the Borrower.
Master Conveyance means (a) the Master Conveyance dated as of November 1, 2006, between the Parent and Holdings and (b) the Master Conveyance dated as of November 1, 2006, between Holdings and the Borrower.

  • Bills for electric energy diverted based upon the aforesaid computation under the applicable Rate effective during the period of diversion plus the cost of investigating and confirming such diversion and disconnecting service, shall be due and payable upon presentation.

  • Any action that Grantee is authorized to undertake pursuant to this Master Conveyance or any Recordable Conveyance may be undertaken by the Trustee on Grantee’s behalf or by any other agent or representative of Grantee or Trustee.

  • The purpose of this Memorandum is to place third parties on notice of the Master Conveyance.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Master Conveyance, Grantee shall never personally be responsible for paying any part of the costs, expenses or liabilities incurred in connection with the operating, owning and/or maintaining of the Subject Interests, including any Specified Taxes or Specified Post-Production Costs (which shall be deducted from Gross Proceeds and paid by Grantor as provided in Section 2.1(e)).

  • This Memorandum incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of the Master Conveyance, and all capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Master Conveyance.

Master Conveyance means that certain Master Conveyance of Overriding Royalty Interest by and between Grantor and Grantee, dated as of June 3, 2013.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Depositor and the Seller regarding the transfer of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Sale and Purchase Agreement means the sale and purchase agreement entered into or to be entered into on the date of this Agreement between the Investor and the Company in the agreed form;
